Schedule your physical exam
Summer is coming soon! While for most people, that means vacation and fun in the sun, for us it means catching everyone up on their physicals. Summer appointments fill up quickly so please do not wait until the day be for school starts to schedule it!
- Here are important ages for which physicals or specific vaccines are required before entry into the school:
- Entering Daycare or Preschool
- Entering Kindergarten
- Entering 7th Grade
- Entering 10th Grade
- Sports Participation yearly
- Routine physical exams are recommended according to the following schedule:
- 2 wks, 1 mo, 2 mo, 4 mo, 6 mo, 9 mo, 12 mo, 15 mo, 18 mo, 24 mo
- Yearly from 3 years old and on (some insurance companies only cover every 2 years so please check your benefits before scheduling)
